Shooting - Sunday, Feb 27
Okay, so next Sunday is the big day. And after last month's shoot I'm very confident about it all. Once again, thank you all for all of your focus and energy, it will really show up inthe final cut.
Now here is a rough time table of how long people will be needed. Please note some people like Kelly and Rachael will be in and out, whereas some others have to be around for the full day. And other have to be there for the partial day, but there scenes and shot and contingent on other cast members. I'd like for everyone to look it over and get back to me with any concerns they may have. EMAIL or CALL ASAP so I cn know who will be there and so on...
The entire shoot will go from 11AM to 7PM, but as we learned on Sunday January 30th - we don't need as much time as we think if we can be PREPARED and FOCUSED. I will be checking in with all of you in the next two days. And I will be sending specific times out this Sunday as well as revised script pages. Getting back to me with specific concerns before then will be benificial to both you and me. Don't be shy if you have a problem, we've worked out these kinks before.

Rachael/Spencer McKnight(Less than an Hour!!!-Time flexable)
Pamela Walker(Less than an Hour!!! - Time flexable)
Paige Lancaster(Less than an Hour!!! - Time flexable)
Mayor Antonio Greenburg(2-3 Hours - must be same time as Rocco)
Rocco(Less than an Hour!!! - Time flexable - must be during Mayor's availability)
Godfrey(2-3 Hours - must be same as Matt, Dave, Mike M.)
WE NEED EXTRAS!!!
Seriously, we need some extra bodies who are willing come hang out from anywhere from two to five hours. Do you know anyone? People who can stay longer can have a chance to get lines in the He-Man audition scene. Just for fun, ask several people you know, just run it by them. If they can't do it, that's cool. But if they can, that's even cooler. I had a batch of Southern kids who were coming then suddenly realized they all had a major tech rehearsal that day. I will ask around, I hope you all can too.
At this point, it is most likely that we will be shooting in a building at Southern. Hopefully anyway. I will also be watching the weather this coming week, there is no way we should all travel if it is dangerous. I will contact you the morning of the shoot if I have to cancel.
