This list of procedures will be included in our contract: CLEAR COMMUNICATION         Job start and end dates         Daily start and end times         Special attention for children and pets         Parking of vehicles         Tool storage ROOM SETUP         Floors and carpets in high traffic areas are protected         Areas requiring a great deal of sanding are isolated         Furniture is carefully moved without damaging floors         All floors are covered with heavy-weight drop clothes         Valuable non-movable items are masked         Hung items on walls are carefully removed and replaced         Work area is cleaned daily         Electrical plates & screws are conscientiously stored until replaced PREP WORK         ALL surfaces to be painted are thouroughly sanded         ALL unsightly holes are patched         ALL unsightly gaps are caulked         Dust is always minimized         Peeling paint is scraped         Large cracks/holes are repaired with drywall-tape and skim coated         Hairline cracks are filled and covered with a coating that expands and contracts with wall         movement         All patches are given an extra coat of paint FINISH PAINTING         2 finish coats are always included unless the owner only requests 1 coat         Only high quality paints are applied         Only high quality 3/8” nap roller covers are used         Finish painting is always done with plenty of light in the work area         Cuts around fixtures, walls, ceilings and trim are straight and neat FINAL CLEANUP         Hung items from walls are returned to their original locations         Moved pieces of furniture are returned to their original locations         Electrical plates are replaced         Extra paint is clearly labeled and left for future touch ups         Floors are swept & mopped (if necessary)         Carpets are vacuumed         Work areas are dusted
